摘要
天津市第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组办公室综合考虑天津市在三维数字建模、城市水淹分析实际应用情况,编写了《天津市第一次全国地理国情普查实施方案》,方案中明确地形地貌是此次普查的重要内容之一。根据天然水体在彩色航空影像上的表现特征,利用每个像素颜色的差别选取水体,将影像做栅格化和转换SHP面的数据处理,从而提取水体的矢量范围线,再经过滤除与分割,水体矢量线可直接应用于数字影像匹配DEM精细化处理和地理国情普查地表水系要素覆盖。
