摘要
为了解决后螺旋弹簧的断裂问题,通过理论计算进行疲劳强度评估,利用所采集的路谱载荷数据进行台架试验,采用化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相、SEM的分析方法进行研究,从成型工艺的角度讨论断裂的可能性,找到主因并提出可以避免断裂现象再次发生的建议。
In order to solve the fracture problem of rear coil spring, the fatigue strength was evaluated by theoretical calculation, the bench test was carried out using the collected road spectra data. Multiple analysis means, such as chemical composition detection, hardness testing, metallographic sample analysis and SEM, were used to research the problem. The possibility of fracture of rear coil spring was dis- cussed from the perspective of forming process, the main cause was found out, and some suggestions to avoid the recurrence of the fracture were presented.
