摘要 以MQ200-5F定轴轮系手动齿轮变速箱为基础,通过重新设计换挡执行机构,采用精度更高的电磁离合器取代传统手动变速器换挡机构中的同步器、拨叉、拨叉轴等机构,简化了整个变速器机械结构,控制更加精确,操作方法更加简单,动作反应更加灵活准确,制造、检测、维修和操作更加方便。由电磁离合器换挡执行机构替代手动变速器换挡操纵机构,将手动变速器改造为电磁离合器控制式变速器,具有对原有手动变速器生产线继承性好、减少生产投资等实际应用价值。 Based on MQ200-5F fixed axis gear manual transmission, through redesigning shift actuator mechanism, using higher precision electromagnetic clutch to replace the synchronizer, fork, fork shaft etc in traditional manual transmission shift mechanism, the whole transmis- sion mechanical structure was simplified. The control was more accurate, the operation method was more simple, action reaction was more flexi- ble and accurate, and manufacturing, inspection, repair and operation were more convenient. The manual transmission shift control mechanism was replaced by the electromagnetic clutch shift actuator, the manual transmission was reformed to electromagnetic clutch control transmission. It has the advantages of inheriting original manual transmission production line, reducing production investment.
