经过30多年的快速发展,我国已具备进一步提升制造业在全球分工体系中地位的基础和优势。我国应把握全球制造业分工格局调整契机,加强创新驱动,着力构建全球市场网络,支持企业走出去建立全球化生产体系,促进我国制造业重点领域加快突破,稳步推进人民币国际化,夯实以我为主产业体系的五大支柱,着力构建以我为主的全球制造业分工体系。
After 30 years of rapid development, China has possessed the foundation and advantages to further enhance the position of manufacturing industry in the global division system. Our country should seize the opportunity to adjust the pattern of division of global manufacturing industry, strengthen the innovation drive, strive to build a global marketing network, support enterprises to go abroad to establish global production system, accelerate the breakthrough of Chinese manufacturing industry, steadily promoting the internationalization of RMB, tamp the five pillars of the industrial system controlled by myself, and strive to build on our global manufacturing industry division of labor system.
