病例引导的立体式教学在心内科见习中的应用

摘要 目前,临床见习教学中存在诸多突出的问题,传统的教学模式侧重理论知识传授,专业性强,复杂难懂。特别是作为内科学重点的心血管疾病临床表现复杂,是内科学中比较难以掌握的临床课程。我们将传统的教学方法与现代先进的教学方式有机的结合起来,建立了以心血管内科见习课为平台,以讲师为主体,以病例为先导,结合多媒体教学软件、模拟人、模拟病房等多层次方法来表现疾病临床各种症状、体征和诊断方法的心血管内科临床见习的立体式教学法,激发学生的学习兴趣,增加学生的感性认识,取得良好的教学效果。 Currently there are many emerging problems in the clinical probation teaching.The traditional teaching model focuses on theoretical knowledge,and it is professional,complex and incomprehensible.Especially clinical manifestations of cardiovascular disease that is the focus of the internal medicine is complex and more difficult to master.We combine traditional teaching methods with modern, set up a platform for cardiovascular internal medicine clinical probation that teaching fellow is main body,the case is guide,united the multimedia teaching software,dummy figure,simulation ward and so on,established vertical teaching method to express the clinical symptoms,signs and diagnostic methods.It will stimulate interest in learning,increase perceptual knowledge,and achieve good teaching results.
