摘要
湖南省气象灾害预警信息发布业务平台从提高气象灾害预警信息的准确性及制作发布的时效性与针对性出发,以湖南省气象灾害预警手机短信模板、湖南省气象灾害预警用户分类分级标准为基础,实现了预警信息分灾种分群体的一键式发布。该文详细介绍了气象灾害预警信息发布业务平台的设计思路、模块设计及应用情况,希望能够为项目设计人员如何从服务的角度设计业务平台提供借鉴。
Hunan meteorological disaster warning system is designed to improve the accuracy, efficiency and pertinency of the weather disaster warning, which base on the disaster warning text module and the disaster warning classification standard, and achieved the disaster--classify--one--key publishing system.This article present every details of the module design, application and the design proposal of the system. We wish this article could offer reference to the designers for designing the platform from the viewpoint of service.
