储油罐变位识别与罐容表标定的研究

摘要 对于储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定的问题,该文使用微元法分别建立了储油罐在无变位及变位后罐内油位高度与储油量之间关系的数学模型,结合MATLAB软件确定储油罐的变位参数,对变位后的罐容表进行了标定。结果表明建立的数学模型准确性较强,易于实施。 In order to resolve the problem of the identification of displacement and the calibration of tank capacity,the author established respectively mathematical modeling on the relationship between the oil height and the oil reserve in the tank before and after displacement by applying the infinitesimal method. Meanwhile, the author determined the displacement parameter in oil tank combined with the MATLAB software, and marked the gage table after displacement.It shows that the already--established modeling has strong accuracy and is easy to implement.
