Thoughts on Comprehensive Standardization of UAV System

随着无人机技术的发展、国内外地缘政治、经济形势的演变和国内经济结构调整的需要,无人机产业在未来20年内面临着极大的发展机遇和挑战。本文梳理了国内外无人机标准化的基本情况,阐述了无人机系统的国内外产业发展情况和技术特点,认为应该通过科学准确地运用标准化技术和方法,在产业启动的初期适时介入,协调好军民融合、多技术融合、知识产权布局和认证认可等热点问题,提出了无人机系统标准技术体系框架,以期引导无人机产业健康可持续发展。

The paper mainly reviews the basic standard situation of the UAV system and introduces the key techniques and development trend, domestic and external industry development status and the current status of technical standards. This paper proposes to scientifically and accurately use the standardized techniques and methods in the early stage of industry, and coordinates the hot issues, such as civil-military integration, multi-technology integration, the layout of Intellectual Property and certification and accreditation, and so on, providing UAS standard technology framework to guide the healthy and sustainable development of the UAV industry.
