儿童福利机构社会工作分类标准研究

Study on the Classification Standard of Social Work in Child Welfare Institution

随着社会工作越来越多地介入儿童保护,尤其是特殊儿童服务领域,儿童福利机构的社会工作近年来得到更多人的关注。但社会工作在儿童福利机构的定位一直比较模糊,其类别划分以及工作内容识别缺乏相应的标准规范,造成全国各地区间差异很大。本文对儿童福利机构社会工作服务与管理内容进行剖析,构建出儿童福利机构社会工作分类标准的框架结构,并阐述了儿童福利机构各项社会工作的主要内容。

With increasing involvement in child protection, especially the exceptional child＇s services, the social work in child welfare institution gets more and more attention. However, there are large differences among various regions across the country due to the vague status of social work in child welfare institution and shortage of related standard specification on its category and content. This paper analyzes the service and management of social work in child welfare institution, and constructs the main framework of classification standard on social work in child welfare institution, as well as elaborates the main contents of various social work in child welfare institution.
