摘要
该文介绍了借助百度地图API,实现轻量化WebGis水土保持监督管理信息系统的设计和零成本开发。系统包括现场监管规划、专题图制作、空间坐标数据转换编辑、属性和影像资料编辑和LBS地理位置服务等功能模块,实现了水土保持监督管理信息的跨平台展示、查询和决策分析。利用该系统,在为水土保持监督管理日常巡查工作提供便利和提高效率的同时,进一步推进了智能水保监管信息化的建设。
The realization of the design and development with zero cost of the lightweight WebGis system of supervision and management information for soil and water conservation by means of the Baidu API has been introduced .The system has realized the Cross-platform display , query and decision analysis of the supervision and management information of soil and water conservation which includes on-site supervision planning , thematic map making , spatial coordinate data conversion editing , attributes and image data editing and LBS location services function module ect .Using this system, it is provided convenience and improves the efficiency of the daily supervision and management of soil and water conservation , and further promoted the intelligent informatization construction of soil and water conservation .
