文化驱动视角下的产业转移与湖北省文化产业升级路径研究

The Industrial Transfer and Upgrading Path of the Cultural Industry in Hubei Province from the Perspective of Cultural Driving Force

文化创新驱动下的产业转移具有环境友好、资源节约、可持续发展的特征。文化产业所固有渗透性、融合性、跨界性特点能够从各方面带动传统产业横向扩展与升级转型。目前湖北省承接产业转移的重点依然是传统制造业领域,这种发展模式还不足以支撑实现湖北省经济跨越式发展的目标。通过钻石模型与因子分析考量发现:湖北省本身具备了大力发展文化产业的条件与优势,但产业转移目标层次偏低、文化产业与相关产业嫁接融合不足。因此,湖北应树立"文化驱动观",合理利用自身优势,在实现文化产业向传统产业的设计、生产、营销、品牌打造等环节渗透、融合的同时,最终实现湖北文化产业升级转型。

Industrial transfer driven by cultural innovation is environmental friendly, resource saving and sustainable. The inherent quality of the cultural industry in terms of permeability, integration and trans-boundary can drive the horizontal expansion and upgrading of the traditional industries from various aspects. At present, the focus of the industry transfer in Hubei province is still the traditional manufac-turing sector;however, this development pattern could not support the goal of economic development of the province. With a diamond mod-el and factor analysis, the study found that Hubei Province has conditions and advantages for vigorously developing the cultural industry, but the industrial transfer target level is low and the integration between cultural industry and related industries is not enough. Therefore, Hubei should establish a culture driven concept and use their own advantages reasonably to realize the culture industrial upgrading and transformation while integrating the cultural industry in the traditional industrial design, production, marketing, and brand building.
