Analysis of the Poor Using Efficiency of Some Anti-poverty Funds and Suggestions on the Performance Improvement

为解决贫困问题,我国每年投入大量扶贫专项资金,但扶贫专项资金并非全部被高效使用。本文结合审计实践分析总结了扶贫资金使用绩效差的一些原因,并提出几点提高扶贫资金使用绩效的建议。

To solve the problem of poverty, our country spends a lot of special funds for poverty alleviation every year, but some anti-poverty funds is not efficiently used. Based on the audit practice, the author analyzes why the using efficiency of some anti-poverty funds is poor and gives some suggestions on the performance improvement.
