摘要
将PLC与WinCC组态相结合,建立了自动冲洗控制系统。上位机的WinCC组态监控软件实现了冲水过程的图像实时监控,下位机可编程控制器(PLC)实现对自动冲洗系统各个执行机构的控制。应用结果表明,本控制系统使用方便,运行可靠。
PLC is combined with WinCC configuration technology to build an automatic flush control system .The host computer with WinCC configuration software is applied to monitor the water flushing process in real time ,w hile the guest computer PLC is used to control the operation of the system .The results show that the automatic flush control system works in good conditions .
