脑外伤后并发上消化道出血的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of brain injury complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨颅脑外伤并发上消化道出血的早期临床诊断和治疗效果。方法:回顾分析2010年8月—2013年8月收治的118例脑外伤后并发消化道出血患者的基本资料,根据患者不同症状进行治疗,治疗后对患者治疗结果进行评价分析。结果:118例颅脑外伤并发上消化道出血患者经对症治疗后,治愈53例,有效49例,无效16例,治疗有效率达86.4%。治疗过程中未出现原发伤或大出血而加重死亡的情况发生。结论:在脑外伤并发上消化道出血的临床治疗过程中,尽早进行诊断和预防具有重要作用,确诊后可通过综合化的方式进行治疗来提供临床治疗有效率。

Objective：To investigate the early clinical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods：The basic information of 118 patients with brain injury complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed from August 2010 to August 2013,all cases were treated according to the different symptoms,to evalue and analyze treatment results. Results：All cases with brain injury complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding received treatment, cured 53 cases,effective 49 cases,ineffective 16 cases,the effective rate of treatment was 86. 4%. The course of treatment does not appear to hurt or bleeding primary aggravated deaths. Conclusion：The clinical course of treatment on brain trauma compli-cated by gastrointestinal bleeding,diagnosis and prevention as early as possible play an important role,after diagnosis can pro-vide clinical treatment efficiency through integrated approach.
