主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者介入术围术期护理干预与配合

The perioperative nursing and cooperation for aortic dissection aneurysm patients in intervention

目的:探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者介入术围术期护理干预与配合的效果。方法:选择行主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜内支架植入术患者40例,随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组实施常规基础护理,干预组在对照组基础上进行术前、术中、术后的护理配合。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较两组患者的疼痛评分、术后随访恢复情况及满意度情况。结果:两组患者VAS疼痛评分和满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者随访结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜内支架植入患者实施合理的护理干预与手术配合,能有效减轻患者疼痛,提高患者的满意度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To explore the effect of perioperative nursing and cooperation for aortic dissection aneurysm patients in intervention. Methods：Forty cases patients were collected to doing covered stent implantation with aortic dissection aneu-rysms,according to the order of patients in hospital they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Con-trol group carried out regular basis nursing,intervention group implemented nursing intervention on the basis of control group. Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation were simultaneously processed. It was compared of two groups of visual analogue scale（ VAS）pain score,satisfaction of patients,postoperative follow-up reslts. Results：VAS pain score,pa-tient satisfaction were compared in two groups. They had statistically significance（P〈0. 05）. Postoperative follow-up results had no difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The implementation of reasonable nursing intervention and surgery to cooperate in patients with aortic dissection aneurysm of covered stents can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve patient＆#39;s satisfac-tion,reduce the complications.
