轮毂轴承径向直通式迷宫密封的数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 以轮毂轴承径向直通式迷宫密封为研究对象,针对影响密封结构的4个参数(间隙宽度、空腔深度、空腔宽度、空腔数目),运用计算流体力学和正交试验方法,通过FLUENT软件的仿真计算,确定了泄漏量最小的密封结构最优参数,探讨了各因素对泄漏量的影响规律。研究结果表明:泄漏量随间隙宽度的增加而增加,随空腔深度或者空腔宽度的增加先减小后增加,随空腔数目的增加而减少。此外,随着进出口压差的增加,泄漏量几乎呈线性增加,但是轴承转速对泄漏量的影响很小。 Taking the radical straight-through labyrinth seals of hub bearings for the study,the effects of the 4parameters including the gap width,the depth of the cavity,the cavity width,and the number of cavities on the seal structure were discussed. The computational fluid dynamics and orthogonal experiment method were applied in this paper. The optimal parameters of sealing structure on the minimum leakage were determined through simulation calculation by FLUENT software. The effects of the factors on the amount of leakage were discussed. The results show that the amount of leakage increases with gap width increasing,and decreases with the number of cavity increasing. It is decreased at the start and then increased with the depth or width of cavity increasing. In addition,the leakage increases almost linearly with the pressure drop increasing,but the effect of the bearing speed on the leakage is so small.
