摘要
为提高高寒地区的高粱产量及品质,以黑龙江省北部地区高粱品种龙683及绥杂7号为材料,分析了氮肥对高寒地区高粱生育期、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:随着氮肥的施入,高粱的产量明显增加,但纯氮超过200kg·hm-2以后,产量会有所下降。高粱籽粒淀粉和单宁含量随着氮肥的增加而减少,蛋白质含量随着氮肥的增加而增加,龙683脂肪含量随着氮肥的增加而增加,而绥杂7号在纯氮量为100kg·hm-2时脂肪含量最高,之后随着氮肥的增加而降低。
In order to improve the yield and quality of sorghum in frigid area, taking sorghum varieties Long 683 and Suiza 7 as materials in north frigid region of Heilongjiang province. The effect of different nitrogen on growth period, yield and nutritional quality was analyzed. The results showed that with increasing nitrogen, sorghum yield increased, but yield started to decline when the nitrogen beyond 200 kg·hm^-2. Sorghum grain starch content and tannie decreased with the increasing nitrogen; protein content increased. Fat content of Long 683 increased, but fat content of Suiza 7 achieved the highest under the 100 kg·hm^-2 nitrogen, then declined with nitrogen increasing.
