承德地区高粱发展现状与应对措施分析 被引量:7

摘要 承德地区的气候条件利于高粱生产,区内白酒企业众多,酿酒业发达。高粱可作为酿酒业的重要原料。高粱在该地区种植面积严重萎缩,酒厂所需要的大量高粱要从外地调入,无形中增加了企业的生产成本,不利于当地农民增产增收。引进适合承德地区生长的优质高粱新品种,做到生产关键技术集成配套,利于农民接受,生产出优质高粱,做到优质优价收购,不但能满足承德地区酿酒业所需的原料,还能达到农民增收的目的。 The climate in Chengde region is favorable for the sorghum growing,therefore the wine industry here is booming and many liquor enterprises are thriving. However, with the current sharp decrease of sorghum-planting area in this re gion,the liquor enterprises had to transport most of the sorghum they need as a major raw material from other areas, which not only results in the increasing cost of production,but also unfavorable for the increasing in the income of the local farmers. If new high-quality sorghum varieties fit for Chengde region were introduced,and key supporting integrated technologies for production were provided, the local farmers could easily produce high quality sorghum and sell it at a good price. Thus the shortage of the raw material for the industry could be settled and the great increasing income of the local farmers could also be achieved.
