摘要 建立了土壤中乙撑硫脲(ETU)残留的UPLC-MS/MS快速检测分析方法。方法使用甲醇∶水=3∶1的萃取剂提取并使用固相萃取法净化,利用UPLC-MS/MS在多反应离子监测模式下进行检测。以土壤添加回收率最低添加浓度0.005mg·kg-1添加水平的色谱图进行衡量,ETU在土壤中的检出限(MDL)为1.2×10-3mg·kg-1,定量限(LOQ)为4.8×l0-3mg·kg-1。 A rapid detection method for ETU residual in soil by UPLC-MS/MS. The ETU was extracted by ex- tractant of methanol:water=3:l and purified by solid-phase extraction, and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. The MDL of ETU was 1.2×l0^-3mg·kg^-1, the LOQ was 4.8×lO^-3mg·kg^-1.
