液体检材中γ-羟基丁酸衍生化GC/MS定性分析方法的优化 被引量:3

摘要 基于柱前衍生化GC/MS分析方法,考察了p H值对γ-羟基丁酸(GHB)稳定性与提取效率的影响、衍生化条件及复杂液态基质对GHB色谱行为的影响、前体物质γ-丁内酯对GHB检验结果的影响,优化了样品前处理方法及色谱条件。对于简单液态基质中GHB的分析,该方法检出限可达到50ppb;对于复杂液态基质中GHB的分析,该方法检出限可达到100ppb。 The paper describes the analytical technique used to detect gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB). The technique was a BSTFA derivatization followed by GC/MS. It shows to study the impact of PH value on the stability and the extraction efficiency of GHB, the impact of derivative condition and complicated liquid matrix on the chro- matographic behavior of GHB, the impact of gamma-butyrolactone(GBL) existed on the result of analysis, the op- timization of sample pretreatment and chromatographic conditions for GHB analysis. The detection limit of GHB in simple liquid matrix for the optimum method wasSOppb and it was lOOppb in complicated liquid matrix.
