摘要
根据ISO 2303:2011对俄罗斯、青岛伊科思公司生产的异戊橡胶,选择方法 A和方法 B两种开炼机混炼方法制备未硫化橡胶,分别进行硫化特性评价。硫化特性数据表明:IR硫化特性评价数据满足ASTM D3403给出的无转子硫化仪测定IR橡胶硫化特性的精密度和ISO 1658给出的无转子硫化仪测定天然橡胶硫化特性的精密度,提出评价IR开炼机混炼硫化特性试验精密度,为建立我国评价IR方法提供了依据。
According to ISO 2303:2011, selected A and B two kind of open mill mixing methods to prepare unvulcanized IR rubber (Russian and Qingdao Ikos company), and estimated vulcanizing properties. The results showed that the data of vulcanizing properties met ASTM D3403 given precision of IR vulcanizing properties by MDR and ISO 1658 given precision of natural rubber vulcanizing properties by MDR , raised precision of evalua- tion of IR vulcanizing properties, and provided a basis of establishment of IR evaluation method.
