镉胁迫对烟草生物量及叶片矿质元素含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对烟草材料K326进行不同浓度Cd处理,分别测定其团棵期、旺长期、打顶期、成熟期的生物量及团棵期叶片矿质元素含量。结果表明:高浓度Cd胁迫对烟草生长产生抑制效果,低浓度Cd胁迫对烟草生长有促进作用。烟草叶片对Cd的吸收与Mn、Zn、Cu的积累量相关性较好,而与Ca、Mg、Fe的积累量相关性较弱。 The tobacco cultivar K326 was used as material for this test. After treated with different con- centrations of Cd, its biomass at rosette stage, vigorous growing stage, topping stage, mature stage were deter- mined and also the mineral element contents in leaves. The results showed that the tobacco growth was inhibi- ted by higher concentrations of Cd but promoted by lower concentrations of Cd. The Cd absorption had better correlation with the accumulation of Mn, Zn and Cu in tobacco leaves, but had lower correlation with the ac- cumulation of Ca, Mg and Fe.
