摘要 针对传统温室通风方式费事费力且存在安全隐患或卷轴因受力不均易折断的问题,设计了一种日光温室通风系统。该系统主要由电机、支架、滚轴、卷绳、卷轴和控制器等组成,通过采用多路"平拉"的通风结构,采用手动、遥控、短信和自动方式控制通风口薄膜的开启范围,实现快速降温和降湿。该系统安全可靠,提高了劳动生产率,具有很高的市场推广价值。 Troublesome, not security and easy break of rolling shaft due to uneven stress were the main problems present in the ventilation system of traditional greenhouse. For these problems, an intelligent green- house ventilation system was designed in this paper. It was composed of motor, bracket, roller, coiled rope reel and controller, etc. Through the manual method, remote control, text messages and automatic ways to control the size of air vent, and by the multiplex rope - pulling structure, rapid cooling and dehumidifying could be achieved in greenhouse. In conclusion, this system was safe and reliable to improve labor productivi- ty, so it had higher value of market popularization.
