摘要
盐碱胁迫是植物遭受的主要非生物胁迫之一。本文从盐碱胁迫对桑树种子萌发及幼苗生长、叶片光合作用、质膜透性及抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质等方面的影响进行分析总结,阐述了桑树盐碱胁迫的研究现状及缓解途径,旨在为桑树的抗盐碱机理及抗盐碱育种研究提供依据。
Saline alkali stress is one of the major non - biological stress in plant. In effect of saline alkali stress on several aspects of mulberry such as seed germination, seedling this paper, the growth, photo- synthesis of leaves, membrane permeability, antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance were analyzed and summarized. The approaches for relieving saline alkali stress were analyzed and the re- search status was reviewed. It was aimed to provide references for the comprehensive study on the mechanism of mulberry tolerance and salt resistant breeding.
