摘要
通过对海口黄槐决明的花部雌雄器官空间分布格局以及异型雄蕊花粉活性的调查,研究黄槐决明特化传粉系统的适应性,为进一步研究特化传粉系统的进化适应提供研究基础。结果表明,海口黄槐决明在给食雄蕊、传粉雄蕊、柱头3点位置构成的在几何关系上近似为以给食雄蕊为顶点的等腰三角形,是顺利实现特化传粉的关键因素;相对于传粉雄蕊的花粉活性,黄槐决明给食雄蕊仍保持较高的花粉活性,表明其传粉系统较低水平的特化程度。
Spatial pattern of pistils and stamens of Cassia surattensis and its pollen germination rate in vivo culture were investigated to study the adaptation of pollination system. The results showed that feeding stamen, pollination stamens and stigma of Cassia surattensis formed isosceles triangle approximately. It contributes to specialized pollination. Relatively high pollen activity is maintained indicated the lower level of specialized pollination.
