基于因子分析的农业信息化绩效评价指标体系研究——以安徽省为例

A Research on Performance Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Informatization Based on Factor Analysis——Evidence from Anhui Province

科学评价农业信息化建设水平具有重要的理论和现实意义,尤其是随着我国"国家农村信息化示范省建设试点"工作的开展,建立一套综合评价农业信息化成果的指标体系,已成为发展我国农业信息化迫切需要解决的问题。文章借鉴相关研究成果,结合理论分析和专家访谈,从农业信息化的外部环境、内部环境以及运行效果三个维度构建了农业信息化绩效评价指标体系,并对各维度作进一步的分解,形成开放式调查问卷。在此基础上,运用SPSS和LISREL软件对调查数据进行因子分析,实现农业信息化绩效评价指标体系验证与完善过程。结果表明,该指标体系具有较高的科学性和应用价值。

The construction of scientific evaluation of the level of agricultural informatization is of important theoretical and practical significances,especially with the launch of China’s“national rural informatization construction of a pilot demonstration province” work to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural informanization technology achievements,and has become an urgent need to solve the problem in the development of China’s agriculture informatization. The paper,drawing on relevant research findings,theoretical analysis and expert interviews,builds the performance evaluation index system of agricultural informatization from three dimensions：external environment,internal environment and operational effect,and carries out a further decomposition of each dimension to form an open questionnaire. On this basis,the paper employs SPSS and LISREL software to make a factor analysis on survey data so as to achieve the verification and improvement process of the performance evaluation index system of agricultural informatization. The results show that the index system is of high scientific and practical values.
