摘要
以北京市怀柔区雁栖镇为案例,通过问卷调查与深度访谈了解产业集群运行的基本情况,并通过回归和方差分析等手段指出不同规模和位于不同地域的企业在旅游产业集群中的不同作用。研究结果发现:雁栖镇旅游产业具有典型的集群特征,具备复杂的产业联系网络,产业地域辐射广;虽然同质性较高,但市场上形成了良好的合作与创新氛围;大中型企业在集群中起到支配作用,能够招徕游客,是创新的主要发生者;小企业和位于边缘区的企业在市场竞争中处于劣势地位,应该给予政策扶持。
This paper took Yanqi Town in Huairou District of Beijing as a study case. The basic running situation of the cluster was acknowledged by questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Regression and analysis of variance were used to analyze the relationship of companies of different sizes and in different area. It shows that tourism industry in Yanqi has a typical cluster characteristic. The industry linkage is complicated. There is a good atmosphere of cooperation and innovation. Big companies play a key role in the cluster, and they are the center of innovation. Small family inns are at a disadvantaged situation, needing policy to aid.
