摘要
为提高汽车前防撞杆焊接质量和效率、降低劳动强度,以上汽通用五菱某汽车前防撞杆为例,分析其焊接工艺,开发出一种由PLC控制的四轴双工位自动焊接机床,并详细介绍了该设备的组成结构。试验结果证明:该四轴焊接机床焊接质量可靠,生产效率较高,具有较高的工程应用价值。
A four?axis double station automatic welding machine was developed for automobile bumper to improve the welding quality and efficiency after analyzing the welding process. The machine was controlled by PLC and the SGMW?s automobile bumper was taken as example. The structure of the device was introduced in detail. The experiment proves the four?axis welding machine has high welding quality and production efficiency and has high engineering application value.
