高强度板折弯模具与普通折弯模具相比,具有强度高、硬度高、质量轻等优点。对高强度板折弯模具进行初步设计,建立模具各零部件的三维模型,进行应力的模拟分析。并对高强度板折弯模具进行不同工况的折弯试验,得出该模具能够满足所需折弯能力的结论。

The 3D model of the mold was established through the preliminary design of the high？strength plate bending mold and simulation analysis for stress was conducted. Under different working conditions, bending tests of high？strength plate bending mold were conducted. The results show that this mold has the capacity to bend, which can meet the requirements.
