一种复杂截面铝型材弯弧一次成型装置的设计

摘要 客车地板检修盖所用的复杂截面铝型材,其弯弧半径仅为70 mm。传统的成型做法是设计专用的喷射压铸模具,使用通用的挤出机、高温熔化炉和专业技术工人配合得以实现。不仅投入成本、生产成本、能量消耗都比较高,而且产品改型也跟不上需要。为了解决这些难题,设计了复杂截面铝型材小半径弯弧成型装置,一次性弯制成所需的角度,并且弯制出的型材圆弧过渡圆滑,表面无折皱、挤伤等缺陷。 The aluminum material with complex lineament which used for bus floor access cover of maintenance, its bending radi?us is only 70 mm. The traditional molding process is that a special injection die?casting mould is designed, then common extrusion ma?chine, high temperature melting furnace and professional and technical workers cooperate to achieve molding. In this way, not only in?vestment costs, production costs and energy consumption are all quite high, but also the product modifications can not keep up with the needs of products. In order to solve these problems, a small radius bending molding device for aluminum material with complex linea?ment was designed, and the angle was be able bended once as the needs. The arc surfaces of molding material are smooth in transition, no wrinkles, crushing and other defects.
