摘要
通过研究不同的液压滤材及使用后滤芯,分析液压滤材在使用过程中过滤比下降的原因。研究发现:后期对滤材的加工处理可能会破坏滤材的结构,以及滤材在工作过程中其入流面和出流面逐渐增加的压差也可能会影响滤材的结构稳定性;无纺布复合可以使滤材维持较高的过滤比;在对滤材施胶时,理想的树脂应该在适应液压系统环境的同时也可以使纤维之间有更好的结合,从而保证滤材在工作期间维持较高的过滤比。
The decline reasons of hydraulic filter filtration ratio in using process were analyzed by studying different hydraulic fil?ter media and used filter. The results show that:the filter material processing in later stage will damage the structure of the filter media;in the working process, the increasing pressure difference between the inflow face and outflow face may also affect the structural stabili?ty of the filter media; non?woven composite can make filter media maintain higher filtration ratio; when gluing on the filter media, ideal resin not only should be adapt to the hydraulic system but also can make better combination between the fibers, to ensure that the filter media maintains higher filtration ratio during the work.
