摘要
介绍了框架式支架搬运车行走液压系统的原理,设计一种带有液压差速控制装置的支架搬运车液压驱动系统,主要实现矿井下支架搬运车转向时左右车轮差速转向同步性,解决支架搬运车左右独立驱动车轮转向时不能实现差速的缺陷,可减小车辆的转弯半径,同时也对车辆的良好运行、延长轮胎使用寿命具有积极意义。
The principle of walking hydraulic system of the frame chock carrier was described. The hydraulic driving system with a differential speed control device for the chock carrier was designed, mainly to achieve the differential steering synchronization for the chock carrier in steering, to solve the defects of the differential speed not achieved when the wheels turned around. The turning radius of the vehicle can be reduced, and it is of positive significance for the tire life in good operation of the vehicle.
