Design for Slip Detection System of Adaptive Hydraulic Engineering Gripper

利用光电位移传感器直接对滑移信号进行检测,并通过Visual Basic程序的事件响应机制对滑移信号进行响应。在硬件连接方面,采用OPC技术,通过KEPServer EX软件连接VB程序与PLC控制系统,简化了硬件驱动的设计,提高了连接的可靠性。

Optical displacement sensor was used to detect slip signal directly, and event response mechanism of Visual Basic program was used to respond slip signal. In term of hardware connection, using OPC technology, VB program and PLC control system were connected by KEPServerEX software. Therefore, the design of hardware？driven was simplified and the reliability of the connection was improved.
