摘要 文中对比研究了气流式水平姿态传感器二丝和三丝两种热敏感丝结构。利用FLUENT-CFD软件,通过建立模型、划分网格、求解等途径,分别计算了二丝结构和三丝结构的气流式水平姿态传感器在不同倾角和不同热源温度下的敏感元件内的流场。计算结果表明,三丝结构传感器对倾角变化的速度灵敏度Δv/Δθ为0.383 1×10^-3m/(s·°),二丝结构的为0.248 7×10^-3m/(s·°);三丝结构传感器的倾角测量范围为0-30°,二丝结构的为0-20°;三丝结构传感器敏感元件内部的速度差变化量随热源温度变化的变化率为0.89×10^-5m/(s·℃),二丝结构的为7.5×10^-5m/(s·℃),三丝结构气流式水平姿态传感器在敏感倾角和温度方面的性能优于二丝结构。 The performance of airflow level posture sensor two-wire structure and three-wire structure was compared and researched in this paper. By using FLUENT-CFD software, through modeling, meshing, solution and other methods, the airflow level posture sensor of two-wire structure and three-wire structure were simulated in the sensitive of the velocity field of different tilt angles and different heat source temperatures. The results showed that the tilt sensitivity to changes of velocity of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor is 0. 383 1 ×10^-3 m/( s · °), and the two-wire structure is 0. 248 7 ×10^-3 m/( s · °), and the measurement range of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor is 0°to 30° ,the two-wire structure is 0°to 20°. The rate of change of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor's sensitive internal velocity difference vibration with the hot source temperature is 0. 89×10^-5 m/( s · ℃ ), and the two-wire is 7. 5 ×^-5 m/( s · ℃ ). The performance of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor is better than the two-wire structure's at inclination and temperature.
