摘要 三轴加载机可对工件进行空间三方向可控力加载,实现全方位的工件加载试验。文中针对所开发的三轴加载机功能要求进行分析,设计应用FX3U型PLC和Lab VIEW实现三轴加载机测控系统方案。确定了以OPC通道实现LabVIEW与PLC的数据交互,探讨了一种基于虚拟轴技术编程的PLC控制程序实现方法,给出了应用Lab VIEW实现数据采集与界面控制的程序结构及其加载变形数据的存储方式。经过系统测试和应用表明,该测控系统性能稳定,满足三轴加载机测试控制的要求。 Tri-axial loading machine can load the workpiece with controlled force in three directions.It has functions for all-a-round workpiece load tests.The functional requirements of the tri-axial loading machine was discussed.A measurement and control system for tri-axial loading machine was developed on the base of LabVIEW and Mitsubishi FX3U PLC.In the system,OPC chan-nel was used to establish the real-time communication between LabVIEW and PLC.The PLC control method via virtual axis pro-gramming was presented.The program structure of data acquisition,humane machine interface design and the data storage way were also discussed to the detail.Finally,the test was conducted for the designed system.The performance shows that the measurement and control system is reliable and the system satisfies measurement and control requirements for the tri-axial loading machine.
