基于电喷雾离化离子迁移率谱的邻苯二甲酸酯检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 将电喷雾离化离子迁移率谱方法(ESI-IMS)应用于塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二(2一乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)的检测,测得DEHP、DBP和DINP的约化迁移率分别为0.99 cm^2V-1s-1、1.28 cm^2V-1s-1和0.92 cm^2V^-1s^-1。研究了漂移管温度、电喷液组分、电喷进样流量等参数的影响。ESI-IMS检测方法对DEHP、DBP和DINP的3倍噪声检测限分别为75.6μg/L、49.3μg/L和810μg/L,线性范围分别是0.25-2.5 mg/L、0.1-0.5 mg/L和4-12 mg/L,可以满足我国卫生部规定的食品、食品添加剂中的DEHP、DBP和DINP的最大残留量的检测要求。尝试了市售白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测,10 min内便可完成前处理和检测过程。ESI-IMS检测方法,操作简便,在微量邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的现场快速检测方面具有良好的应用前景。 Electrospray ionization-ion mobility spectrometry was used to detect phthalates,such as Bis-( 2-eth temperature, solvent composition,liquid flow rate and other parameters were studied.The reduced mobility of DEHP,DBP and DINP are 0.99 cm^2V^-1s^-1,1.28 cm^2V^-1s^-1 and 0.92cm^2V^-1s^-1 respectively.The relationship between the peak intensity and the concentration of DEHP,DBP and DINP are linear in the range of 0.25-2.5 mg/L,0.1-0.5 mg/L and 4-12 mg/L respectively.The limit of detection for DEHP,DBP and DINP are 75.6μg/L,49.3μg/L and 810μg/L,which are much lower than the maximum of Phthalates in food.Detection of Phthalates in distilled rice wine was tried.The sample preparation and detection for distilled rice wine could be completed within ten minutes,which indicates that ESI-IMS has potential application in fast detection of phthalates.
