摘要
SF6气体密度控制器是高压电气设备的重要监控元件之一,它能够在气体发生泄漏时及时准确地发出报警和闭锁信号,防止事故发生。因此,电力系统用SF6气体密度控制器必须进行产品质量检验,国家电力研究院依托国家仪器仪表元器件质量监督检验中心开展了一系列相关产品的检验。文中在对SF6气体密度控制器产品检验过程中,探究了一种不同于标准要求的温度补偿检验方法,最终通过试验结果与分析证明了该方法的可行性。
The safety and efficiency are the constant and important goals in the development of electric power system. It has very important meaning and function to monitor the density of insulating medium SF6 gas in the aspect of system security running. It's through the relay to monitor the density of insulating medium SF6 gas in the electrical equipment of high voltage. And the density controller is an important part of the relay of SF6 gas density.The density controller could send alarm signals and shut signals in time to avoid accidents when the gas leaked in electrical equipment. Therefore, testing the products of SF6 gas density controller is an important way to make sure the safety running of high voltage electrical equipment.
