In recent years the characteristic food industry of Guizhou Province has been developing rap- idly. Having made an indelible contribution to the economic growth in Guizhou, the characteristic food industry has gradually become one of the economic growth point in Guizhou. However, under the new situation that Guizhou Province is vigorously implementing the strategy of building Guizhou into a strong industrial province, the development of characteristic food industry remains a daunting task.
