对预科《数学》教材中的一道例题探讨,归纳总结了椭圆的基本性质,提出了影响椭圆形状、大小、位置的因素,结论对圆锥曲线的教学具有一定的参考价值.

This paper chooses an example of the preparatory mathematics textbook as the subject inves- tigated, which is used in School of Mathematical Science of Kaili University. The basic properties of ellipse are summarized in the present study. The factors affecting the shape, size, position of the el- lipse are proposed. This study offers a reference for the teaching of conical section.
