摘要
将应急物资储备库选址和应急需求分配问题集成考虑,基于集合覆盖理论和引力模型,建立水上应急物资储备库选址-分配优化模型,并针对模型设计遗传算法.算例分析结果显示,最终选址-分配方案能够实现对水域的全面覆盖和重点加强;程序运行50次,其中43次结果相同,说明计算结果具有稳定性,表明选址-分配模型和算法是有效的.
The location of water emergency supplies repertories and the allocation of emergency supplies were integrated. Based on the set covering theory and gravity model, an opti- mization location-allocation model was established, and then a genetic algorithm was designed. The numerical example results show that the location-allocation results can achieve uni- versal coverage of the water area and backup coverage of the key water area. The fact of 43 times same result by 50 times running program states clearly the stability of calculation. The numerical example results indicate the feasibility of location- allocation model and algorithm.
