多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及安全性比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院于2013年4月-2014年4月收治的84例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,采用简单抽样法将患者分成多索茶碱组(A组)和氨茶碱组(B组),各42例,均予以常规疗法,其中A组联合静脉注射多索茶碱注射液4.7 mg/kg(初始)、0.55 mg/(kg·h)(持续剂量)方案;B组联合口服氨茶碱片100-200 mg/次方案。比较两组治疗前后的肺通气功能指标变化情况,记录其临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗第7日后,两组的肺通气功能指标均较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05),其中A组的TV、TLC、VC分别为(563.3±89.3)、(437.4±68.4)、(2989.3±534.2)ml,均多于B组(P〈0.05);A组临床控制19例,总有效率为85.7%,明显高于B组的61.9%(P〈0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生,其中A组轻微不良反应发生率为9.5%,低于B组的42.8%(P〈0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者给予多索茶碱静脉注射方案,疗效确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014,84 patients with bronchial asthma admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.By simple sampling method,they were evenly divided into doxofylline group (group A) and aminophylline group (group B).Both groups was given conventional therapy.In group A,4.7 mg/kg as an initial dose of doxofylline injection and 0.55 mg/(kg·h) as a continuous dose by intravenous injection was given while in group B, 100-200 mg aminophylline tablets every time for oral administration were given.Change of pulmonary ventilation func-tion before and after treatment between two groups was compared,and clinical therapeutic effect and incidence rate of adverse reaction were recorded. Results After 7 days treatment,indexes of pulmonary ventilation function in both groups greatly improved compared with those before treatment (P〈0.05).In group A,indexes of tidal volume (TV),total lung ca-pacity (TLC),and vital capacity (VC) [ (563.3±89.3) ml,(437.4±68.4) ml,and (2989.3±534.2) ml respectively] was more than that of group B (P〈0.05).The number of clinical control was 19 in group A and the total effective rate (85.7%) was higher than that in group B (61.9%) (P〈0.05).There was no severe adverse reaction occurred in two groups.The inci-dence rate of mild adverse reaction (9.5%) in group A was lower than that in group B (42.9%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Intravenous injection of doxofylline for patients with bronchial asthma can obtain a exact effect.It is worthy of clinical expansion.
