龙血竭片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Resina Draconis tablet in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymph node enlargement

目的探讨龙血竭片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2011年2月-2013年2月本院收治的120例小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大患者分为两组,其中对照组给予常规药物治疗：口服头孢丙烯颗粒（抗生素）、阿昔洛韦片,实验组在对照组基础上应用龙血竭片进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组的总有效率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（70.00%）,实验组的腹痛消失时间为（2.10±0.62）d、淋巴结肿大消失时间为（6.14±1.87）d,均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的不良反应发生率为0,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对于肠系膜淋巴结肿大患儿在常规药物治疗的基础上,联合应用龙血竭片可提高临床治疗效果,有效缓解患儿腹痛症状,促进淋巴结大小恢复正常,促进患儿康复,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Resina Draconis tablet in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymph node enlargement. Methods 120 children with mesenteric lymph node enlargement treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into two groups using the random number table method.Control group was given routine drug treatment：oral cefprozil granules （antibiotics） and aciclovir tablet,while experimental group was treated with Resina Draconis tablet.Clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group （96.67%） was significantly higher than that of control group （70.00%）,and disappeared time of abdominal pain [（2.10±0.62） d] and disappeared time of lymphadenopathy [（6.14±1.87） d] was significantly shorter than that of control group [（6.14±1.87） and （7.43±2.09） d respectively] respectively （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse reaction in experimental group was 0% and control group was 1.67%,and there was no statistical difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For children with the mesenteric lymph node enlargement,Resina Draconis applied jointly tablet can improve clinical treatment effect on the basis of conventional drugs,and effectively alleviate the symptom of abdominal pain,promote lymph node size returning to normal,promote rehabilitation of ill children with higher safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
