摘要
目的探讨血清Cys-C、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法选取本院2012年1月-2013年6月收治的76例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据24 h尿微量白蛋白水平分为糖尿病肾病组(DN)和单纯糖尿病组(DM),同时随机选取35例体检正常者作为对照组,分别测定血清Cys-C、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN),并进行统计学分析。结果 DN组和DM组的血清Cys-C、Hcy水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。DN组的血清Cys-C、Hcy水平显著高于DM组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3组的Scr和BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。血清Cys-C和Hcy与尿微量白蛋白呈正相关(P〈0.05),而Scr和BUN与尿微量白蛋白无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论测定Cys-C和Hcy对糖尿病肾病早期诊断和治疗有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the correlation analysis between serum Cys-C,homocysteine and diabetic nephropa-thy. Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and divid-ed into diabetic nephropathy (DN) group and pure diabetes (DM) group,according to microalbuminuria of 24 h.35 cases with normal physical examination were randomly selected as the control group at the same time.Serum Cys-C,Hcy, serum creatinnine (Scr) and bloods urea nitrogen (BUN) of patients in three groups were detected and statistically ana-lyzed. Results The level of serum Cys-C and Hcy in DN group and DM group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The level of serum Cys-C and Hcy in DN group was higher than that in DM group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The level of Scr and BUN in three groups was not significant difference (P〉0.05).The Cys-C and Hcy were positive correlation to microalbuminuria of 24 h,but Scr and BUN was not correlation. Conclusion The detection of Cys-C and Hcy has an important significance for early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients.
