摘要
研究了一种快速、灵敏且选择性好的用低压离子色谱测定土壤中的硒 (Ⅳ )和硒 (Ⅵ )的新方法 .选取洗脱液为 1 4×10 -3 mol/LNa2 CO3 ,其流速为 1~ 1 2mL/min ,选取分离柱尺寸为 10 0mm× 6mmI D ,抑制柱尺寸为 6 0mm× 6mmI D ,并用电导检测器进行定量 ,对硒 (Ⅳ )和硒 (Ⅵ )的检测限分别为 0 6 1μg/mL和 0 5 6 μg/mL ,2 0 μL进样的相对标准偏差为分别为2 4 0 %和 1 94 % .
A rapid, selective and sensitive method for the determination of selenium (Ⅳ) and selenium (Ⅵ) by low pressure ion chromatography (LPIC) was developed. The eluent is (1 4×10 -3 ) mol/L Na 2CO 3, the flow rate of the eluent is 1-1 2 mL/min. A short separation column (100 mm×6 mm I D.) and a short suppression column (60 mm×6 mm I D.) were employed for the separation and with conductivity detector for quantification. The detection limits for Se(Ⅳ) and Se(Ⅵ)were 0 61 μg/mL and 0 56 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation using 20 μL injection was 2 40% and 1 94% for Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ). The method was used to analyze seleniferous soil samples.
