Through The case study of a company＇s GB/T 28827.1-2012 《Information Technology Service Operation ＆ Maintenance Part l：General Requirement》 standard conformity assessment, points out the importance of process monitoring in the construction of enterprise operation ＆ maintenance capability, and helps enterprises to perceive the suitability and effectiveness of service capability, and also presents how the enterprise could enhance its operation ＆ maintenance capability.
