对屋面、地下室、外墙、厕所、阳台、露台等房屋建筑工程的主要渗漏部位进行了介绍,分析了各种引起渗漏的原因,并针对主要的渗漏部位提出了预防和治理措施,以防止工程渗漏通病的发生。

This paper introduced the main leakage parts of roof,basement,exterior walls,toilet,balcony,terrace and other housing construction engineering,analyzed the leakage causes caused all kinds of leakages,and put forward prevention and control measures of main leakage parts,to prevent the occurrence of engineering leakage common failing.
