摘要
研究了除草剂“精克草星”对鲫鱼外周血红细胞的微核率、核异常率、总核异常率以及血红蛋白含量、红细胞数和白细胞数的影响 .结果显示 :在精克草星的作用下 ,绝大部分加药组的微核率、核异常率、总核异常率都上升 ;所有加药组均能影响鲫鱼的血红蛋白量、红细胞数和白细胞数 .而且具有较为显著的剂量效应和时间效应 .随着毒物浓度的增加和染毒时间的加长 ,血红蛋白量和红细胞数大都随之下降 ,呈现较为明显的负相关 .而白细胞数则随着毒物浓度的上升及处理时间的加长而上升 。
The authors studied the effects of the herbicide Jing ke cao xing on rate of erythrocytes micronuclei and nuclear anomalies, quantity of hemoglobin(Hb), erythrocyte(RBC) and leucocyte(WBC) in the peripheral blood of Carassius auratus. The result showed that the herbicide Jing ke cao xing could poison Carassius auratus . Almost all the rates of micronuclei nuclear anomalies and total nuclear anomalies were risen. The hemoglobin, erythrocyte and leucocyte were influenced of all groups with the herbicide. There were significant correlation between concentration and hemoglobin, erythrocyte and leucocyte. The treating time also can effect on hemoglobin(Hb), erythrocyte(RBC) and leucocyte(WBC) in Carassius auratus . When the concentration is larger or the treating time is longer, the hemoglobin and erythrocyte are dropped. It is positive correlation. But the leucocyte is risen.It is negative correlation.
