摘要
分析现有门诊流程及其存在的问题,提出优化门诊流程的原则和策略,引入移动支付技术对门诊流程的挂号、检查、取检查结果、药品缴费和领取环节进行优化设计,不仅提高效率,而且与原有流程相兼容,最后阐述移动支付在门诊应用的发展前景。
The paper analyzes the current outpatient process and existing problems, puts forward the principles and strategies of opti- mizing process. Then it introduces the mobile payment technology to optimize all aspects of outpatient service process, including registration, inspection, results receivation, drug payment and receivation, which can not only improve the efficiency, but also can be compatible with the original process. Finally it expounds the development prospects of mobile payment in outpatient application.
