摘要
采用两阶段轧制工艺,成功生产欧标S275JR宽厚板产品,并借助光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜进行显微组织、夹杂物、晶粒度分析。结果表明：莱钢生产的S275JR宽厚板产品的各项性能指标均满足EN10025-2标准要求。
By twostage rolling process, the European standard S275JR heavy plate was successfully pro duced, and the microstructure, inclusions, grain size were analyzed by means of optical metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that, the various performance indica tors of S275JR heavy plate product produced by Laigang could meet the requirements of EN100252 standard.
