面向产业需求的全日制工程硕士培养模式研究

Research of Cultivation Mode on Full-time Master of Engineering for Industrial Demand

目前随着全日制工程硕士培养规模的不断扩大,其质量与产业需求不匹配的问题日益突出,因此根据产业需求对全日制工程硕士培养模式进行改革势在必行。本文对全日制工程硕士的课程设计、导师制度、工程实践、学位授予等方面的现状及问题经行探讨,并提出经济区域联合培养的理念,对其培养模式的改革有较强的参考价值。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of master in engineering training, the quality does not match with the industry needs to become increasingly prominent, therefore, according to industry needs reform is imperative for Full-time master of engineering training mode. In this paper, the current situation and problems of the Full-time Master of Engineering curriculum design, mentoring system, engineering practices , degree awarded discussed by the line, and proposed the concept of joint training in economic region, there is a strong reference to the value of its reform training mode.
